AI tools change constantly
What is accurate when written may be out of date within months. I update things when I notice, but please verify anything important against the tool you are actually using.
Products and async packages
Each paid product states what is included, what input is required, and whether a revision is included. Async services are limited to that written scope; additional work is quoted before it begins. There are no recurring charges unless a future offer explicitly says otherwise.
License for purchased materials
Ready-made files are licensed to the buyer for personal use or internal use within one business. You may adapt them for that use, but not redistribute, republish, sublicense, or resell the files as standalone products.
Material you provide
You remain responsible for having permission to share samples, files, data, and references used in an async package. Do not send passwords, secret keys, or material you are not authorized to disclose.
Live sessions
The standard 90-minute MagicShift working session is $150. It is a separate live service, not a requirement for buying a kit or async package.
